What you need to know before departing for the tour with

Prices

Full rate: € 25,00 / Reduced rate: € 15,00

For tariff purposes, the following categories are considered:

  • Infants: Children from 0 to 36 months old.
  • Children: Guests between the ages of 3 and 10 are subject to a reduced fare.
  • Adults: Passengers who are 11 years old or older are subject to the full rate.

We accept payments in cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Tickets can be purchased at ticket offices participating in the Vieste by Boat project and at affiliated agencies.

Duration and Departures of the Tour

The tour typically lasts approximately 3 hours.

Regular departure times

Morning: 9:00 AM / Afternoon: 2:30 PM

Occasionally, tours outside of regular hours are also available.

01:00 – Baia di Portogreco
01:05 – Pugnochiuso
01:20 – Cala della Pergola
01:25 – Grotta delle due stanze
01:30 – Grotta dei sogni
01:35 – Vignanotica or Baia dei gabbiani
01:40 – Tavolozza del pittore
01:45 – Baia del leone
01:50 – Baia delle zagare or Vignanotica – Bathing stop (approximately 30 minutes)

Failed departure and refund

In the event of a failed departure, a refund can be requested exclusively for force majeure reasons (e.g., adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond the control of Vieste by Boat). It will be possible to reschedule the excursion with our staff for a later date.

However, if the customer is unable to avail themselves of the service on a later date due to their imminent departure, they may request a refund for the full value of the ticket.

Animals

Leashed animals are allowed on board, provided they have suitable arrangements, subject to acceptance by our ticket offices.

Behavioral Rules
  1. At the time of boarding, form an orderly line to avoid crowding at the bow of the boat.
  2. Present the ticket for validation.
  3. Companies are not responsible for the loss of purchased tickets.
  4. Maintain a respectful behavior on board according to the rules of good conduct.
  5. Wear suitable clothing for the excursion (hats to protect against sunlight and non-slip shoes).
  6. Avoid wearing rings, bracelets, watches, chains, necklaces, or similar accessories, as they pose a risk of loss and personal injury if they get caught during rescue maneuvers.
  7. The crew is not responsible for any forgotten or unattended belongings.
  8. The crew is not responsible for any damage to audiovisual equipment or mobile phones due to contact with seawater.
  9. Smoking is prohibited on board.
  10. To protect the safety of visitors, diving, leaning out, sitting with feet overboard, or reaching hands outside the boat is prohibited.
  11. Walking through the aisle of the boat is prohibited during navigation.
  12. During stops, respect the allotted time and avoid boarding with wet feet to prevent slipping.
  13. Dispose of waste only in designated containers.

For groups exceeding 25 people, a special discount is available, to be arranged with the ticket office.
